To Make Nigerian Bread Buns

Nigerian bread buns

Ingredients You Need

  • 750g Flour (Equivalent to 6 cups, leveled)
  • 100g sugar
  • 3 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 250ml Water
  • 2 medium Eggs
  • 50ml cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a dry bowl and set aside
  2. In another bowl,break in the eggs
  3. Add Cooking oil, mix
  4. Add sugar and salt mix
  5. Add little water, mix
  6. Add the sifted flour and also sift in the baking powder,mix
  7. Gently incorporate the rest of the water, little at a time,mix at each addition.
  8. Mix to form a dough
  9. Transfer to a flat surface and knead, until the dough is smooth,soft and easy to work with
  10. Cut dough into sections,flatten the dough,roll to get a lengthy dough
  11. Flatten the lengthy dough a little bit using a rolling pin, then cut, to have bread buns shape
  12. Heat up the oil,add the bread buns dough
  13. Flip when the part in the oil is golden brown and repeat, flip the dough to the other side, until both sides are golden brown.
  14. The yummy bread buns is ready!

Enjoy with any drink of choice.
